Cancellation Policy

Liability and Risk Policy Acknowledgement of Risk By boarding their pet(s) at Coronation Kennels and Cattery, the owner acknowledges that all reasonable care and supervision will be provided. However, the owner understands that boarding animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, stress, escape, or unforeseen incidents that may occur despite best practices and care. Owner’s Responsibility The owner confirms that their pet(s) are in good health, fully vaccinated, and suitable for boarding. The owner agrees to provide accurate and complete information about their pet’s health, behaviour, and special needs prior to admission. Release of Liability By signing this agreement, the owner releases and holds harmless Coronation Kennels and Cattery, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all responsibility or liability for loss, injury, illness, or death of their pet(s) while in care, transportation, or on the premises, except in cases of proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Veterinary Care In the event that veterinary care is required, Coronation Kennels and Cattery will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner or emergency contact. If contact cannot be made, the facility is authorised to seek veterinary treatment at its discretion, and the owner agrees to be responsible for all related costs. Acceptance By leaving their pet(s) in the care of Coronation Kennels and Cattery, the owner confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
